  • Transfer of candidate’s CVs to the man

We offer the partial staff search and selection PLUS service to companies that want to entrust us with the initial stage of the staff search – generating CV flow and initial interviews with candidates by phone, taking into account their motivation for the proposed position and checking their compliance with requirements agreed in advance. This service is highly recommended that if you have lower budget for search, finding employees for lower positions and when not needing the full search and recruitment service, also if you who want to learn about the job market situation of candidates.

The service includes:

  • Job position analysis
  • Preparing a job offer
  • Job ad placement on job search portals and on social networks
  • Additional search for candidates in a variety of databases
  • Initial interviews with candidates by phone, considering the motivation for the proposed position and checking the compliance with the requirements agreed in advance
  • Sorting and forwarding suitable CVs (3 -10 units)
