Recruitment of foreign nationals implies the recruitment of skilled non-residents (Ukrainian citizens) in Lithuania. We assist in finding suitable skilled professionals for you to be employed directly by your company (it is not an agency service). Duration of recruitment process: 2-3 months. FURTHER ACTIONS
The first month of the employee in your company is probationary. You will try the qualification of employee and watch his behaviour. We will keep in touch with you and with the employee. We look forward to receiving feedback from you, and whether you are satisfied with the worker.
If during the first month you decide that the employee is not suitable, please inform us and explain the reasons. In this case, you can terminate the employment contract and send the employee back. In this case, you will incur the costs of one month's salary, accommodation, insurance, account opening and return bus ticket. Atranka360 also assumes its financial and other expenses, which are not reimbursed by the employer.
